Every international transaction you make with your Capital Bank debit or credit card, whether through Point of Sale (POS) or through online shopping brings a reward your way.

- This campaign is open to all holders of Visa credit and debit cards issued by Capital Bank of Jordan who make international purchase transactions, whether through POS terminals, online shopping websites/apps, or while traveling during the campaign period.
- International purchase transactions (including purchases made via POS terminals, online shopping websites/apps, or while the customer is traveling).
- Bill payments, cash withdrawals, or reversed transactions will not be considered as eligible transactions.
- Participants will gain the first entry into the draw with a minimum amount of 500 JOD spent per customer during the campaign period using a Visa credit card or Visa debit card.
- After reaching the minimum spending threshold per customer during the 3-month campaign period, every additional JOD 50 spent will grant the customer an extra entry.
- Reversed or refunded transactions are excluded from the campaign.
- The draw will be as follows:
- For Credit Cards: Twenty-five (25) winners will be randomly selected in a raffle draw to each win JOD 999.
- For Debit Cards: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected in a raffle draw to win JOD 999.
- Foreign currency transactions will be converted to Jordanian Dinar based on the exchange rate determined by the bank when calculating the customer's number of entries.
- Winners will be announced after 30 days following the end of the Campaign Period.
- Winners will be contacted directly by Capital Bank of Jordan to confirm their acceptance of the prize and to obtain consent to share their contact details with VISA and any necessary third parties.
- The prize amount will be credited to the winners’ credit card account (for credit card draw winners) or to the primary customer account (for debit card draw winners).
- Customers whose account/card is inactive or have outstanding dues at the time of the draw will be excluded from the list of winners
- A customer is eligible to win only once. If selected as a winner for both draws, they will be excluded from the second draw and replaced by another winner.
- All personal data will be handled in accordance with Capital Bank’s privacy policy.
- If the customer’s information is inaccurate or incorrect, or if the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the bank reserves the right to cancel the prize and select another winner.
- The bank has the right to announce the winner in any way they see appropriate whether writing winners name or sharing their picture and whoever disapproves will be disqualified and cannot redeem the prize.
- The winner cannot delegate to another party to collect their prize unless approved by the bank.
- Bank staff, subsidiaries staff are excluded from this campaign.
- Winner should inform the Bank of their acceptance or rejection of the prize within 24 hours.
- The campaign is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign if needed by informing the customer prior to the cancelation and amendment using the same channel the offer has been communicated with.
