- To ensure that you are talking to the official business account of Capital Bank Of Jordan on WhatsApp, look for the green badge next to Capital Bank name in the chat. Click on the icon and verify that official business account and Capital Bank business details are available.
- Data is exchanged over a secure channel between your device, WhatsApp and Capital Bank Of Jordan . This information will be encrypted and cannot be seen or accessed by anyone.
- You can only subscribe to Capital Bank Of Jordan Chat Banking via your registered mobile number with the bank. The same number has to be used in WhatsApp

How do I get started and how do I download the App?
If you are already a registered SwitchON user, you need to enter your username, and password to complete your credentials setup ( New Password, New Biometrics, and new personal Pin)
If you are a new user of our digital Channel, you need to follow these simple steps:
- Click on Register
- Enter your Debit Card Followed by the PIN Number
- An OTP will be sent to your registered phone that would need to be entered as well and then you will be logged in
- Create new password , Set your Bio-Metrics and personal PIN
- Or Call our Contact Centre on+96265100220 and speak to one of our Phone Banking officers who can assist you through the registration process
How Secure is the Application?
Our Mobile App uses 6 factor authentication to ensure only you can access the mobile app data, there is no sensitive data stored on the device, all communications with the mobile device are 100% secure and encrypted.
I have more than one phone, can I access the Mobile App through all my phones and devices?
Yes, you can have access to the Mobile app up to 5 devices
What do I create username?
First, you need to install the app, then select the register option from the front page and enter your Debit card number and it's PIN code. Finally, you can enter your preferred username and create a password which should include ( Numbers , Letters , Special character , Upper Letter ) .
What do I do if I forgot my Password?
In case you have forgotten your Login password, access the Forget Password option on the App and follow the steps OR call our Contact Centre on +96265100220.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
You can click on Forget Username/Password link on the login screen and enter your debit card number followed by the PIN number
