Capital Bank Launches Innovative Housing Loan Campaign with Investment Plan Offering Returns of Up to JOD 60,000

In a move that underscores its commitment to innovation and advanced banking solutions, Capital Bank has launched an innovative housing loan campaign that is set to redefine real estate financing in Jordan. This new offering combines a long-term housing loan with a smart investment plan, providing customers with a cash return at the end of the loan term, along with comprehensive insurance coverage.

Running till the end of October, the campaign targets individuals seeking housing loans of over JOD 100,000, with payment terms ranging from 15 to 20 years. It enables customers to own a home under flexible and carefully structured financial conditions.

The campaign offers a competitive interest rate, quick and flexible approval process, and a tailor-made insurance plan designed to serve as a long-term investment tool. Through this plan, customers can receive up to JOD 60,000 in cash at the end of the loan term, either as a lump sum or in the form of monthly income.

The investment model requires customers to contribute just JOD 50 per month, half the cost of the investment plan, while Capital Bank covers the remaining half for the entire loan period. This allows customers to build financial security for themselves and their families without taking on additional financial burdens.

Commenting on the campaign, Nadeem Khitan, Chief Consumer Banking Officer at Capital Bank, said, "At Capital Bank, we are committed to offering financial solutions that meet our customers’ aspirations and deliver real value. This new housing loan campaign is more than just financing, it’s a fully integrated model that combines homeownership, financial protection, and long-term investment. It’s a unique opportunity that sets a new benchmark in the local banking sector."

Khitan added that the campaign aligns with Capital Bank’s strategy of delivering advanced solutions that address the evolving needs of individuals. It embodies the bank’s vision of empowering communities through smart, sustainable financial tools that promote stability and improve quality of life.

The campaign caters to a wide segment of customers seeking to own their dream home, while simultaneously securing their family's future through an insurance-backed plan that offers a financial return upon loan maturity, delivering a level of value and protection that remains unmatched in the Jordanian market.
