Capital Bank Launches “Capital Protect” Program in Partnership with MetLife to Provide Comprehensive Protection for Customers and Their Families
Capital Bank has announced the launch of its new insurance program, “Capital Protect,” in partnership with global insurer MetLife. The initiative aims to strengthen customers’ financial security by offering a comprehensive protection solution tailored to their evolving needs, giving them and their families greater peace of mind.
“Capital Protect” is a comprehensive insurance program that provides worldwide coverage. It includes protection against natural death as well as accidents that may result in death or total and permanent disability. In such cases, the program offers financial compensation to help ease the economic burden of unexpected events and support individuals and families in maintaining stability during difficult times.
Capital Bank emphasized that its commitment to customers goes beyond everyday banking services. The bank focuses on supporting customers’ long-term financial well-being and safeguarding their future. It noted that the launch of this program aligns with its strategy to deliver practical, innovative solutions that help customers and their families stay protected and prepared for life’s uncertainties.
The program is designed for simplicity and convenience, offering easy enrollment and quick processing. It is available to both new and existing customers through Capital Bank branches. As it is pre-approved by MetLife, customers can activate their coverage quickly and efficiently during a single branch visit.
“Capital Protect” offers five insurance packages with carefully structured monthly premiums to suit different age groups. Premiums start from as low as 3 Jordanian dinars per month and increase gradually based on the customer’s age and chosen package. Payments are automatically deducted from the customer’s account through standing instructions, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free payment experience.
Coverage amounts vary depending on the customer’s age group and selected package. The program provides compensation of up to JOD 50,000 in the event of natural death, and up to JOD 100,000 for accidental coverage, with payouts determined based on the nature of each case.
