Terms and Conditions

• The customer must have a running, valid, and active Facebook/Instagram account.
• The customer must follow all the terms and conditions of the competition in order to be eligible to win.
• The customer’s name on his/her Facebook/Instagram account must match his/her name on the ID.
• The customer must have a proof of identification upon receiving his/her award.
• The bank has the right to keep a copy of the customer’s ID/photo for purposes of identification and security checks.
• Any fake accounts will be excluded from the raffle.
• The bank has the right to disqualify the customer from receiving the prize, if he/she doesn’t respond within 3 days from announcing his/her name.
• The bank has the right to hold the prize if the customer doesn’t abide by these terms and conditions.
• Winners will be contacted through our social media channels (Messages or comments) to receive their gifts. If they don’t respond within 3 days they will be disqualified.
