Capital Bank and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development Discuss Strategic Partnership Opportunities
H.E. Bassem Khalil Al Salem, Chairman of Capital Bank Group, met with H.E. Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Abu Dhabi Exports Office, during Al Suwaidi’s official visit to Jordan. Their discussions centered on development aid initiatives and the Fund’s role in advancing sustainable economic growth both locally and globally.
During the meeting, which was also attended by Capital Bank CEO Mr. Tamer Ghazaleh, Al Salem emphasized the importance of the partnership with the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development in strengthening economic activity between the two countries and supporting joint efforts to expand the UAE’s foreign trade across the region.
Al Suwaidi affirmed the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development’s commitment to expanding economic cooperation between the UAE and Jordan through its partnership with Capital Bank Group, an effort that supports the Fund’s strategic objective of increasing the presence of UAE exports in both regional and international markets.
Al Suwaidi added: “This cooperation falls within the framework of the Abu Dhabi Exports Office’s efforts to empower Emirati companies to access promising markets such as the Jordanian market, by providing flexible financing solutions in partnership with leading financial institutions in the region. This aligns with our aspirations to boost trade and achieve joint economic integration between the two nations”.
