Capital Bank’s Nour Akel Wins Lex-Falcon Award
Capital Bank, a leading provider of comprehensive banking and digital solutions, announced that lawyer Nour Akel, Internal Counsel at the bank, has received the global 2023 Lex-Falcon Award in the category of "Leading Legal Professional."
Akel received this award at the Lex-Falcon Global Awards ceremony, held in Dubai as part of the LexTalk World Legal & IP Hybrid Conference for prestigious legal and business consultations. The conference brought together hundreds of technical, legal, and creative experts from around the world.
Akel, an Internal Legal Counsel at the Capital Bank of Jordan, has 13 years of experience in Managing Key and High-Value Commercial Negotiations & Corporate Restructuring Projects including High-Level Mergers and acquisitions. Nour Akel has led some of the complex projects relating to digital transformation and the establishment of the Neo Bank.
In 2022 Akel was nominated as the Member of the Arab Women Empowerment Entity in Jordan, as a part of the Arab Banking Union under the International Union of Arab Banks.
