Capital Bank Hosts Employee Health Event for World Health Day
Capital Bank hosted a health and wellness event for its employees at its headquarters in celebration of World Health Day, reflecting its commitment to promoting health awareness and encouraging healthier lifestyles in the workplace.
The event featured the participation of Biolab Laboratories, whose team provided a variety of medical screenings for employees. These included blood sugar testing, hemoglobin checks, blood pressure measurements, and body composition analysis using InBody technology.
Nutritionist Dana Naffa was also on hand to offer general dietary advice and answer employees’ questions about healthy eating habits that support energy levels and overall well-being. The program further included an awareness session led by health and wellness specialist Lubna Al-Jariri, who emphasized the importance of regular health check-ups and their role in preventing disease.
In addition, F45 Training Center took part in the event with a specialized team that promoted the importance of incorporating physical activity into daily life.
This initiative is part of Capital Bank’s ongoing efforts to foster a healthy work environment and encourage employees to adopt balanced lifestyles that enhance both their well-being and productivity.
