Capital Bank Hosts ‘Wellness Day’ to Promote Employee Health
As part of its ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of its employees, Capital Bank organized a “Wellness Day” at its headquarters, in partnership with Magma Lifestyle and Fitness Center and Juthour. The event featured a variety of health-focused and educational activities aimed at encouraging employees to adopt healthier lifestyles.
The Wellness Day included a series of interactive services held at the bank’s training center, such as InBody assessments, along with personalized fitness and nutrition consultations. Specialists addressed topics including weight loss, suitable exercise routines, daily healthy habits, and balanced nutrition.
The Magma Lifestyle and Fitness Center team also conducted quick office tours, where trainers provided employees with practical advice on correct sitting posture, ways to improve movement during long hours at a desk, and tips to maintain overall physical wellbeing in an office environment, all delivered in an engaging, interactive way.
To further motivate employees to lead more active lives, Magma Lifestyle and Fitness Center offered free passes to experience its facilities and services, giving participants the chance to explore the center firsthand.
Juthour also took part in the event, providing a selection of healthy products and raising awareness about the benefits of a balanced diet for both physical and mental health, helping to promote a culture of healthy eating among employees.
This initiative is part of Capital Bank’s broader strategy to foster a positive and healthy work environment, reaffirming its commitment to employee wellbeing and to helping them maintain a healthy work-life balance.
