Capital Bank Supports Darat Samir Shamma’s Silver Jubilee Celebration

Capital Bank supported the silver jubilee celebration of Darat Samir Shamma for the Elderly, held at the Association’s location to mark 25 years since its establishment and celebrate its longstanding record of providing outstanding care for older people. The event was held under the patronage of the Minister of Social Development, Wafa Bani Mustafa, and attended by several officials, community representatives, and members of the media.

The bank’s support for the occasion reflects its continued commitment to supporting civil society organizations that provide humanitarian and social services with a direct and meaningful impact. It also demonstrates the bank’s dedication to building sustainable partnerships with national institutions that contribute to improving quality of life and promoting the values of social solidarity and community cohesion.

During the celebration, Darat Samir Shamma for the Elderly presented Capital Bank with its Silver Jubilee Shield in recognition of the bank’s support to the Association and its humanitarian mission over the past 25 years. The honor also recognized the bank’s contribution in helping the Association continue providing specialized care for older people in a safe and dignified environment that meets their needs.

Capital Bank affirmed that supporting local institutions, particularly those dedicated to caring for groups most in need, is an integral part of its corporate social responsibility approach. This commitment is rooted in the bank’s belief that empowering these institutions and strengthening their ability to continue fulfilling their mission are essential to building effective community partnerships and creating a lasting positive impact that supports Jordan’s social development.
