Capital Bank Participates in Job Shadow Program by INJAZ
This one-day event aimed to provide grade 10 students with a clearer and more comprehensive idea about their career options, as well as prepare them for the job market, guide them, and provide them with basic information about the nature of the professions they will choose to study in the future.
During the visit, the students who participated in the Job Shadow Program met with a number of Capital Bank employees from various departments, including Marketing, Business Excellence and Customer Experience, Product Development, and Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility. The students also visited the bank’s headquarters and were introduced to the nature of work in these departments, their role in the banking process, and the skills needed to carry out the work in each department, in addition to various methods of dealing with customers.
Capital Bank is keen to adopt and support educational initiatives that aim to stimulate young people and promising students as an essential building block of the society, as well as equip them with the skills they need to become active and productive members of the society by guiding them in the best ways possible to engage in work life and enter the job market with confident, steady steps.
