Capital Bank paints a smile on the faces of 20 children with cancer
The cheerful occasion included a number of activities and events for the children, with various Capital Bank employees volunteering to participate in special events for them and read stories for the children, in addition to the distribution of symbolic gifts for each child. Commenting on the event, Isam Samara, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Capital Bank, said: "We enjoyed this philanthropic occasion coinciding with World Happiness Day to host a group of children from the King Hussein Cancer Center to support them and bring an added element of happiness to their lives.” Samara expressed Capital Bank’s pride in continuing its cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, noting that the Bank has a long history of supporting activities of this landmark medical facility that plays an important role in the treatment and mitigation of cancer patients. Samara praised the entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork of Capital Bank employees and expressed appreciation to the staff who volunteered to read and play stories for the cancer patient children.
