Capital Bank Reaffirms Commitment to Employee Well-being Through Awareness and Fitness Activities
As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting health awareness and supporting employee well-being, Capital Bank organized a series of activities throughout November, coinciding with the global men’s health awareness month, Movember.
The initiatives aimed to highlight the importance of men’s physical and mental health and included a friendly fitness challenge among employees to encourage more active and healthy lifestyles. The Bank also distributed resistance grips to motivate employees to incorporate physical exercise into their workday, and pins across departments to encourage open dialogue about men’s health and help break down barriers around discussing these important topics.
On the educational front, the Bank hosted an awareness session in collaboration with the King Hussein Cancer Center, where experts addressed key health issues affecting men, with a special focus on the importance of prevention and early detection of cancer.
This comprehensive initiative reflects a key part of Capital Bank’s strategy to foster a positive and supportive work environment, underscoring its deep commitment to the health and well-being of its employees and to raising health awareness within the wider community.
