Capital Bank Launches New Housing Loan Campaign with Competitive Benefits
Capital Bank has launched a promotional campaign for housing loans, offering customers preferential benefits and competitive interest rates on both new housing loan financing and existing loan buyout programs. The campaign also includes a financing program specifically designed for Jordanian expatriates.
Running from June through October 22, 2026, the campaign reflects Capital Bank’s commitment to providing comprehensive financing solutions that make homeownership more accessible. Customers can benefit from high financing ratios, competitive interest rates, flexible repayment options, and streamlined application and approval processes, ensuring a smoother and more efficient banking experience.
Nadeem Alkhitan, SEVP - Head of Consumer Banking at Capital Bank, said the campaign was launched in response to growing demand in the real estate market and reflects the Bank’s continued focus on developing flexible financing solutions tailored to customers’ varying financial needs and circumstances.
He added that the campaign was designed to offer a genuine competitive advantage by supporting both homeownership and property investment opportunities for Jordanian residents and expatriates alike.
According to AlKhitan, the campaign’s key added value lies in its comprehensive approach, combining accessible credit facilities with exclusive benefits that help reduce the overall cost of purchasing a property. This offering goes beyond traditional housing financing products currently available in the banking market.
The campaign also provides tailored benefits and financing solutions for Jordanian expatriates living abroad. Eligible customers can access flexible financing of up to 90% of the property’s value, along with convenient repayment options and tenors designed to meet their specific needs.
