Capital Bank Invites Madame Fidda to an Internal Event as Part of the Launch of the Financial Literacy Program
Capital Bank launched a series of humorous videos on all its social media platforms using the IGTV feature, which allowed the bank’s employees to better acquaint themselves and engage with the Madame Fidda character.
The idea for the video series, which falls under the auspices of Capital Bank’s financial literacy program, was conceived as part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility strategy and manifests the bank’s ardor in maintaining open lines of communication with the communities it serves. Through the videos, the bank hopes to offer simple and easy-to-understand information on financial and banking products and services, ultimately helping people save and manage their money more effectively.
Commenting on the video series, Capital Bank Chief Marketing and Corporate Communications Officer Touleen Barto stressed the importance of the initiative’s goal of strengthening trust in the banking sector and in arming consumers with the necessary tools to protect and empower them to perform their financial transactions with ease. She added that the idea of partnering with the fictional Jordanian character was the result of the bank’s need to provide information in an easy-to-understand format as well as to reach the maximum number of people, both of which Madame Fidda was able to achieve.
