Capital Bank Employees Distribute Gifts for Elderly at Dar Al Salam Home
Capital Bank is keen to perform its social role effectively, and encourages its employees to participate and engage in the various CSR initiatives and programs it adopts and executes throughout the year.
Capital Bank employees distributed a number of gifts (woolen shawls and sport suits) to 92 senior men and women living at the home, while employees of the Intercontinental Amman Hotel prepared and distributed lunch for them.
During the visit, Capital Bank employees were introduced to the services provided by the Home, as well as the health and living conditions of the elderly living there. Volunteers expressed their appreciation for the efforts made by the people in charge of the Home, including its supervisors and specially-trained staff who are able to deal with the elderly after undergoing a series of specialized training programs.
On their part, officials and beneficiaries of the Dar Al Salam Home for the Elderly praised this humanitarian and kind gesture by Capital Bank employees, commending the bank’s role in achieving social stability, and its continuous efforts to communicate with and extend a helping hand to the needy from all segments of the local community.
