Capital Bank Supports 300 Underprivileged Families with Tkiyet Um Ali During Ramadan

As part of its 30th anniversary celebrations, Capital Bank has reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility by supporting Tkiyet Um Ali in its mission to combat hunger. The bank is providing assistance to distribute food parcels to 300 underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan.

This initiative reflects Capital Bank’s dedication to supporting vulnerable communities. It is part of a long-term partnership between the bank and Tkiyet Um Ali. In addition, Capital Bank employees participated in volunteer activities, helping to pack and distribute food parcels, demonstrating the bank’s strong values of solidarity and generosity.

Touleen Barto, Chief Marketing and Corporate Communications Officer at Capital Bank, commented, “As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we are proud to continue supporting Tkiyet Um Ali in its noble mission to combat hunger. Providing assistance to families in need is a cause close to our hearts."

Barto also praised Tkiyet Um Ali’s vital role in promoting food security and making a lasting humanitarian impact by providing food support to thousands of families across Jordan. She highlighted the organization’s extensive partnerships with national institutions and private-sector supporters, all working toward the shared vision of eradicating hunger in the country.

She further emphasized the enthusiastic participation of Capital Bank employees in volunteer programs, including packing and distributing food parcels. Their involvement reflects the bank’s core values of generosity and social solidarity. She also noted that Capital Bank remains committed to being an active part of the community it serves, strengthening the spirit of compassion and unity during Ramadan.
