Capital Bank Holds Tenth Annual Employee Blood Donation Campaign
Capital Bank organized its tenth annual employee blood donation campaign at its headquarters in collaboration with the National Blood Bank, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and community wellbeing. The campaign witnessed strong participation from employees and aimed to support the National Blood Bank in maintaining adequate blood supplies to meet the needs of patients receiving treatment across hospitals in Jordan.
Marking its tenth consecutive year, the initiative reflects the Bank’s sustained efforts to foster a culture of volunteerism and encourage employees to engage in humanitarian initiatives that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. It also underscores Capital Bank’s commitment to supporting the national healthcare system through long-term, impactful initiatives that extend beyond seasonal or one-off campaigns.
Commenting on the initiative, Touleen Barto, Chief Marketing and Corporate Communications Officer at Capital Bank, said: "Our commitment to organizing this campaign for the tenth consecutive year reflects Capital Bank’s dedication to strengthening corporate social responsibility through initiatives that deliver a tangible humanitarian impact. Blood donation is one of the simplest yet most meaningful acts of giving, providing individuals with an opportunity to help save lives while supporting the national healthcare sector."
She added: "The continued success of this initiative would not have been possible without the enthusiasm and commitment of our employees, whose participation reflects the values of compassion, solidarity, and giving that define Capital Bank’s culture. We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this campaign another success."
Capital Bank continues to organize annual blood donation campaigns as part of its broader corporate social responsibility strategy, driven by its belief that sustainable community initiatives create lasting positive impact, strengthen partnerships with national institutions, and contribute to the wellbeing of society.
