Spending time with older people and connecting with them helps them feel valued, cared for and included. Our employees’ participation also reflects the values of empathy, dignity and social responsibility that are central to our culture.”
Barto added that volunteering plays an important role in encouraging employees to serve the community and put the bank’s values into action, helping to build stronger connections across society.
