Capital Bank organized a blood donation campaign for its employees in collaboration with the National Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health, in line with its extensive philanthropic endeavours and Corporate Social Responsibility strategic goals.
The campaign, which was held at Capital Bank’s headquarters on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, witnessed a remarkable response by its employees, with more than 70 staff members donating to the Blood Bank.
This campaign aligns with Capital Bank’s continuous humanitarian efforts and good citizenship principles that ensure assistance and relief to those in need medically, particularly to those who require blood transfusions.
These efforts also fall within the strategic partnerships Capital Bank enjoys with national institutions and companies that play an important and distinctive role in serving the country and its citizens.
The blood donation campaign, along with other charitable and humanitarian campaigns organized by the Bank in the past, has contributed to embedding a culture of voluntary work and humanitarianism amongst its employees, in addition to the various health benefits it imparts upon staff members who donate their blood.
