Capital Bank has launched its iCa chatbot for Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, keeping its clients up to date with instant financial transactions and non-financial services around the clock. The iCa chatbot, which offers the latest in conversational artificial intelligence (AI), allows clients access through Capital Bank’s Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, where they can find answers to frequently asked questions, submit requests and make real-time financial transactions without the need to contact the call center or visit a branch.
The list of services available through iCa Chatbot include:
Pay preregistered bills
Transfer money within their own Jordanian dinar accounts
Pay credit card balance
Deactivate credit cards
