Ayman Abu-Dhaim was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Capital Bank in March 2011. In this role, he provides strategic financial leadership overseeing all aspects of the bank’s financial management, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, and financial controls.
He brings with him over 18 years of experience in banking and financial management, having held numerous managerial positions in various financial institutions. Most recently, he held the position of chief financial officer at the Social Security Investment Fund (SSIF).
Abu-Dhaim earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Jordan, and a Master degree in accounting and management science from the University Of Southampton, United Kingdom. He holds the following professional certificates: Jordanian Certified Public Accountant (JCPA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Business Manager (CBM), and Certified Project Manager (CPM).
